Hello everyone,
my name is Déborah and I am a biologist and an animal behavior specialist.
Since I was a child, I always wanted to work with animals but didn't really know how.
My passion for animals, specially big cats, lead me to do a bachelor degree in Biology and a masters degree in Ethology.
My goal is to work in conservation, welfare and reintroduction of wild life. My dream is to have an impact, to make a difference for the animals, the planet and the future generations.
I don't have a typical journey, I know that.
I also know how lucky I am of the life I have and had until now.
Let me quickly tell you my story:
I was born in south Brazil and lived there for 16 years of my life.
During my 29 years, I had the chance to live in Portugal, United Kingdom, Australia and France.
But why so many countries?
Well, I live my life seizing every opportunity that I find interesting.
Everywhere I went, my passion for animals and our beautiful planet was always present.

Travel lover, photo enthusiast and super curious, you will find me, everytime I can, with my camera and my suitcase ready to go, ALWAYS ready for a new adventure.
Energetic and extremely social, I always try to bring people into my zoological world. I always talk about animals, travelling, conservation and the impact that Humans have in our world.
I decided to write this blog to reach people interested in wildlife and conservation issues. I confess, COVID-19 have a lot to do with my decision on writing this blog: I finally have time to dedicate doing something different, talking about something that I am passionate about.
The aim of this blog is to bring YOU too into my world.
In here, we will talk about conservation, animals, big cats, photography, volunteering, zoos, how you can help our planet & SO MUCH MORE !
