  • Keeping and updating animal records on paper and via zoological management softwares (Excel, ZIM's, I-Fap)

    • Linking paper records and digital data​

  • Application for animal official documents (CIC, I-Fap, TRACES) ​

  • Application for Intra-Community Certificate for endangered species

  • Monitoring the animal population of the park (chips, births, deaths, transfers, etc.)

  • Organization of transfers and transports (in France, Europe and internationally)

  • Communication with zoos and EEP coordinators for the organization of animal transfers

  • Contract preparations for animal loans

• Intern referee

  • Recruitment and management of interns

  • Schedule organization

• Scientific Presentations​

• Monitoring animal sector budgets

• Management of e-mails and letters

• Assistance on veterinary interventions if necessary.
