Workforce Venue Manager

​

• Coordination and delivery of Workforce operations at three competition venues (BMX Racing, Mountain Bike and Track Cycling) during the Olympic and Paralympic Games

  • Representation of the HR function within the venue team

  • Supervision of the management of HR schedules, including volunteers

  • Participation in the delivery of the Paris 2024 volunteer engagement program

  • Coordination of on-site volunteer training

  • Support for the teams that coordinate volunteers in volunteer management (schedule, absence, relationships, mission compliance)

  • Support to the Site Management team in resolving HR issues (incidents, inspections, etc.).

  • Implementation of the volunteer engagement and recognition program

  • Management of “Volunteer Services Team Members”
